The 20th edition of Povaleč is here! Over the course of three days, the largest multi-genre festival in the Karlovy Vary region will once again feature music, theatre, films, podcasts, lectures, workshops, sports, site-specific exhibitions and installations in the castle buildings, as well as a program for children.

The 20th edition will be held in the spirit of the Baroque, a style that has long been inextricably linked to the Karlovy Vary area. Povaleč will once again offer four music stages, theatre performances in the castle courtyard, a screening room, podcasts, lectures, and workshops in the garden, exhibitions, sports, and a varied program for children. Three summer-filled days between the castle, the orchard, and the forest!

The festival is not free, but the admission price is only a suggested amount. Everyone can choose how much to contribute—based on their means or the number of days spent at Povaleč.

Tickets are sold online and on-site. The minimum suggested admission price for advance sales starts at 1,000 CZK. This price covers our costs and allows us to develop the festival so that it continues to offer something new and remains safe and enjoyable for everyone. Every ticket purchased in advance also comes with a beer token. Given the current situation regarding cultural funding, we’ve added the option to purchase a partner ticket in addition to our traditional categories!
